    President & CEO: Michael P. Butt

    As President & CEO for Tierra International, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Tierra International Construction Corporation. Duties include construction project selection, project approval, supervision of all Company construction projects, approval of Company wide budgets, targets and long term planning in consultation with the Board of Directors.

    Maintenance Manager: Jollibee G. Pagarigan

    Jollibee or Abby graduated with a degree in B.S. Education major in Biology in 2008. Hence, before joining Tierra October 2012, she was a high school teacher before shifting to office support positions.

    Being the Maintenance Manager, her main function is to liase with clients, mostly expats, to answer all their housing and maintenance inquiries and to coordinate any needed repairs accross the Tierra housing portfolio.

    Foreman Maintenance: Juan A. Tenorio

    Foreman Tenorio, or "Johnny" as he is affectionately know, first joined Tierra as a Carpenter and later was promoted to the Foreman level in 2000. 

    He is responsible for performing the final punch listing of all Tierra houses before client turnovers, and also works closely with Mrs. Sangalang and Foreman Cordova in the day-to-day operations of the Teirra Maintenance Team.

    Asst. Foreman - Electrical: William N. Nalica

    William has been with Tierra since 2001 so it is but expected for him to be promoted to Assistant Foreman for Electrical under the Maintenance Department. Having proven his dedication to his work and loyalty to the company, he now supervises electrical and airconditioning works for Tierra houses under the watch of the Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Art Cordova.

    For his training, William took a vocational course for Practical Electricity for Ref & Airconditioning.

    Asst. Foreman - Painter: Lawrence G. Gallo

    For a painter, Laurence surely has an extensive training on different kinds of paints for he took painting seminars conducted by the top three brands of paints in the Philippines. Lawrence also took Graphic Arts and Printing Technology from TUP but opted to work instead. Lawrence has been with Tierra since 2009 and became Assistant Foreman for painting year 2013.

    Construction Manager: Arch. Emarlito R. Buna

    rchitect Buna started with Tierra in 2009 and since then, has played a major role in the design of the Tierra houses our clients enjoy today.  In addition, he has participated as a member of the design team that developed the Strata Views project in San Juan, M.M. (a 12-story condominium project jointly developed with Prescon Philippines, Inc.). 

    Arch. Emar, in consultation with Tierra Management and Tierra's Engineering Team, prepares the designs, plans and 3D architectural visualizations and renderings of Tierra's proposed / ongoing projects.  He also advises on aspects of interior design, space planning and light maximization during the actual construction of particular projects as well as advising on paint color schemes and fascade finishes. Being the Contruction Manager, he oversees construction sites' day-to-day activities as well secure permits from government and local entities.

    Senior Architect: Arch. Cristian Boy O. Bacud

    Arch. Christian or Tian is a Licensed Architect having passed the Licensure Board Exam in 2011. A graduate of B.S. in Architecture from the University of St. Louis of Tuguegarao in 2009, he started his career as an Architectural Draftsman and later as an Architect-Apprentice before successfully passing the Board Exam.

    At present, he serves as the Architect for Tierra International and is responsible primarily in planning and design of renovation projects. In addition, Arch. Tian prepares information regarding the design, specifications, materials and equipment, all of which comprises the planning stage of each renovation projects.

    Foreman-Electrical: Rosenio M. Gelacio

    Foreman Gelacio joined Tierra in 1994 and has proven himself time and again to be a valuable member of the Tierra Construction Team.  In 2007 his efforts in the electrical field were recognized with his appointment as acting foreman which culminated in his appointment as Electrical Foreman in 2008.

    His previous Tierra projects include Tierra's Jubilee Villas Townhomes in Quezon City and Strata Views Condominium (the 12 storey medium rise condominium project jointly developed with Prescon Philippines, Inc. in San Juan, M.M.). Foreman Gelacio works closely with Engr. Martinez and implements the installation of electrical plans for Tierra houses at a project level.

    Foreman-Masonry: Willie L. delos Santos

    Foreman Delos Santos joined Tierra in 1994 and his achievements in the masonry field culminated in his appointment as Masonry Foreman. 

    In this capacity, Foreman Delos Santos supervises an average of forty (40) masons and laborers completing general masonry works for specific Tierra housing projects. His efficiency and positive work attitude have served him and Tierra well during his many years with the Company. He is a valued member of the Construction Team and currently has a number of trainee Masons benefiting from his experience.

    Foreman-Painter: Victor B. Flores

    Foreman Flores initially studied Aircraft Maintenance Engineering at college level at the Philippine Air Force College. He later changed job direction and eventually joined Tierra in 1998 as a painter.  After working for several years with Tierra, his dedication and attention to detail was rewarded in his promotion to Painting Foreman.

    As Painting Foreman, he supervises all painting works for Tierra projects handling an average of 32 working painters on a daily basis. He is also responsible for maintaining the high quality paint finishing that Tierra clients have come to expect from our executive housing.

    Foreman-Carpentry: Wilfredo O. Olarte

    Foreman Olarte has been with Tierra since 1997. As Carpentry Foreman, he is in-charge on all carpentry works on the various Tierra housing projects.  In addition to supervising his own team of carpenters, Foreman Olarte also supervises the work of other trades (including some masons and tinsmiths) to ensure the accurate and timely completion of Tierra projects. 

    With 15+ years in the construction indusry with Tierra, Foreman Olarte has a wealth of experience that our Tierra construction team members learn from on a daily basis. His keen eye ensures works are completed to Tierra's exacting standards.

    Foreman - General: Carlito O. Olarte

    Foreman Carlito supervises carpentry works but also oversees general construction such as painting, masonry, plumbing and electrical works. As part of his training, he took a one month training for rough and finishing carpentry from TESDA. In addition to that, Foreman Carlito took vocational courses in his hometown of La Union.

    Accounting Manager: Donnie M. Quindoyos

    Mr. Quindoyos completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Major in Accounting in 1989 from University of the East and has been with Tierra since 2002.

    In his capacity as Accounting Manager, he is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and in developing and implementing sound accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

    He also assists the Financial Controller in daily banking requirements as well as prepares payroll for office personnel. In addition, Mr. Quindoyos handles the monthly income tax returns for the Company and its various employees.

    Purchasing Manager: Francisco H. Rivera

    As the Purchasing Manager, Mr. "Frank" Rivera prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the supply of equipment and materials to the various Tierra construction projects. In addition, he maintains records of the goods/materials ordered and delivered to project sites to ensure the timely delivery thereof. Mr. Rivera also analyzes market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability and pricing tendencies.

    Mr. Rivera joined Tierra in 2002 and has been a valuable team player for the company. He studied Civil Engineering at an undergraduate level and is just a few credits away from finishing his degree.

    Purchasing Assistant: Frediben D. Quiñones

    Frediben started with Tierra as a caretaker year 2006 and eventually served as a warehouse personnel under the Purchasing Department. However, through his dedication and hardwork, Fred rose from the ranks and was promoted to his current position as Purchasing Assistant. As a Purchasing Assistant, his main responsibility is to assist the Purchasing Manager in processing of requisition and purchasing orders from suppliers. Mr. Quinoñes is a graduate of B.S. in Commerce major in Banking and Finance from University of Cordilleras.

    Administrative Manager: Jennifer L. Navarro

    Ms. Llaneta completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from New Era University. "Jen" as she is fondly called joined Tierra in 2009 and is responsible for managing the Administration Department of Tierra.  Her main job responsibilities are policy administration and personnel documentation. Ms.Jen also handles Business Permit and license requirements and coordinates with the Operations Manager to monitor manpower requirements and employee welfare.
